We make our evaluations of your social impact accessible, reducing strain on your team’s time and resources during the process to create new opportunities for you.
our charitable philosophy
Supporting community change with tools and powerful guidance.
For their deepest impact, social change interventions require a culture that fosters shared learning, innovation, and teamwork.
For the next century and beyond, we believe Twelve Canada can strengthen project teams that strive toward this type of culture and impact. One of our impact strategies for the next 2 years is providing more accessible and useful evaluation! Join us in our movement and help shape our future investments!
Using principles of complexity theory, we use Developmental Evaluation (DE) to support ongoing processes of social change interventions within the communities that we help serve. Through this process, we've developed complex best practices that reflect the overall mandate of the communities that we've been placed in and work to identify and evaluate areas of strength, weakness, and opportunity.
people about us
Twelve Canada was the perfect choice for the groundbreaking research of the effects of the 2016 wildfire in Fort McMurray. The professional and confidential approach used to address the issues and sensitivities of our community was instrumental to develop the needed trust to work with stakeholders within the social sector and community. The final report will be invaluable to assist this and other communities facing disasters to understand how to respond more effectively and recover more quickly.
Former Executive Director, Fuse Social
